About the role

CFS Business Management Projects Team at Citco drives strategic initiatives, transformation programs, and governance frameworks for fund services. The Project Lead will own end-to-end delivery of business management and transformation projects across global locations, steering governance, reporting, and executive dashboards while managing project plans, risks, and stakeholder alignment. Based in Maharashtra, India, on-site role with potential travel and relocation to other global delivery sites as needed.

What you’ll do

Lead end-to-end delivery of business management and transformation projects across global locations
Drive governance, reporting, and executive dashboards for portfolio visibility
Manage project plans, risks, issues, dependencies and ensure timely escalations
Partner with senior stakeholders across operations, finance, and leadership teams
Support resource planning, capacity tracking and demand‑supply alignment
Standardize project management methodologies, tools, and reporting frameworks
Identify process improvement opportunities and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Lead and mentor junior project resources and manage project coordinators

What you’ll bring

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, or Project Management
8+ years experience in project management, business transformation, or PMO environments (financial services preferred)
Project Management Certification (PMP or Prince II) a plus
Ability to travel on business as required
Willing to relocate or work out of different global delivery locations
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Expertise in project governance, reporting, and PMO frameworks
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools (Smartsheet preferred)
