About the role

Supply Chain Solutions Team at Birlasoft drives end‑to‑end warehouse automation for global clients. The Oracle WMS Principal Consultant leads solution design, implementation, and post‑go‑live support while partnering with sales on presales activities and client workshops. Based in Pune, India, on‑site role with occasional travel to client sites.

What you’ll do

• Lead end‑to‑end Oracle WMS delivery and configuration
• Define solution architecture and recommend process improvements
• Drive system integration with Oracle EBS and related modules
• Troubleshoot issues and optimize system performance
• Provide leadership during testing, deployment, and post‑go‑live support
• Support presales activities and develop solution proposals

What you’ll bring

• 13+ years Oracle WMS experience
• 2‑3 full lifecycle Oracle WMS implementations
• Presales experience (RFP/RFI, demos, estimations)
• Integration with Oracle EBS and supply chain modules
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
