About the role

B2B Integration Team at DuPont designs and delivers next‑generation B2B integration solutions that combine EDI, APIs, digital portals, and AI‑driven automation. The Lead architects scalable multi‑channel integration architectures, drives trading partner onboarding, and ensures SAP‑to‑partner data flows meet Order‑to‑Cash and Procure‑to‑Pay requirements. Hyderabad, Hybrid (3 days onsite), relocation assistance available.

What you’ll do

• Lead design and rollout of hybrid B2B integration solutions
• Architect seamless data flows between SAP and external partners
• Define and enforce EDI standards and integration governance
• Drive trading partner onboarding and migration from legacy VANs
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver end‑to‑end solutions
• Optimize integration platform for performance, scalability, and reliability
• Manage a team of IT specialists in a matrix organization
• Oversee AI‑driven conversion of unstructured transactions

What you’ll bring

• 10+ years EDI/B2B integration experience
• Deep knowledge of EDIFACT, ANSI X12, VDA standards
• Hands‑on SAP integration (OTC, P2P, Warehouse)
• Design of API‑based real‑time integrations (REST/SOAP)
• Experience with AS2, SFTP, OFTP2, event‑driven architectures
• Leadership of small technical teams (3‑5 members)
• Vendor and partnership management
