Research Associate, Analytical R&D

About the role

Research Associate on Endo International’s Analytical R&D team, building robust analytical methods for API testing and release. Day‑to‑day duties include method development, validation, instrument maintenance, and regulatory documentation in a GMP/GLP environment. Based in Alathur, India, the role is on‑site with full‑time commitment.

What you’ll do

• Develop and validate analytical methods for API and release
• Support production analytical needs and yield improvement
• Maintain cleanliness and calibration of analytical instruments
• Document and review analytical data for regulatory compliance
• Perform partial validation, holding studies, and physiochemical studies

What you’ll bring

• 2-5 years analytical R&D experience
• Postgraduate degree in Chemistry or Analytical Chemistry

Nice to have

• Proficiency with HPLC, GC, GCMS, ICPMS, LCMS
• Knowledge of GMP/GLP regulations
• Experience in method development and validation
• Instrument maintenance and preventive calibration
• QMS familiarity (Change Control, CAPA, Deviation)
