Facilities Executive - Technical

The Facilities Executive - Technical (Shift Engineer Technical) ensures a safer, more comfortable work environment through Total Preventive and predictive maintenance of electro-mechanical equipment. Based on-site in Gurugram, HR, the role involves setting up SOPs, managing utility systems, conducting inspections, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining compliance and reporting standards.

What you’ll do

• Set up Standard Operating Procedures for critical environment management and ensure site compliance
• Ensure Planned Preventive Maintenance activities are undertaken per schedule
• Implement and manage Risk and Safety work practices to reduce operational interruptions
• Implement regular inspections on energy conservation, maintenance practices, utility management, and risk management
• Provide training to on-site teams on equipment procedures and implementation
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure procedures are followed and updated as required
• Communicate incidents and operational issues to site staff and concerned managers
• Maintain Log Book, PPM Reports, Check Lists, and ensure building compliance records are maintained

What you’ll bring

• BE/B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electromechanical engineering
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Building Facility Management (or Diploma with minimum 4 years)
• Experience preferably in the IT and ITes industry
• Ability to plan and execute Total Preventive and predictive maintenance of electro-mechanical equipment
• Understanding of engineering design and operational aspects of utility systems and equipment
• Ability to recognize system shortcomings and respond to operational and emergency situations
• Strict adherence to EHS/HSSE guidelines for self and vendor team members
• Mobile and capable of performing daily check-ins around the facility
