About the role
Data Migration team at Syniti drives enterprise data transformation through SAP implementations. The Lead Consultant designs and executes data migration strategies, develops migration rules in Syniti tools, and mentors junior staff while collaborating with client SMEs. Hyderabad, India and Bangalore, India with remote options, hybrid onsite‑offshore model.
What you’ll do
- Develop and execute end‑to‑end SAP data migration loads
- Create migration and governance rules in Syniti tools
- Design and run reports aligned with project deliverables
- Maintain data load programs and documentation
- Collaborate with on‑site BOA and client SMEs
- Mentor junior consultants
- Ensure data quality and reconciliation
- Support integrated migration design for assigned process area
What you’ll bring
- 7-10 years SAP techno-functional experience
- 3+ full SAP implementation lifecycles
- Expertise in SAP FI,CO,MM,SD,PM,PP,PS modules
- 10+ years IT project experience
- Proficiency with Syniti data migration tools and SAP Data Services
- 5-7 years business-process experience
- SQL query and relational database knowledge
- Bachelor's in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or 4 years related experience
