About the role

Delivery Operations team at Tiger Analytics drives operational excellence for client engagements. The role manages operational data, coordinates resource and cost allocation, and produces accurate reports for senior leadership. Remote work from India, supporting US teams during Eastern Time hours, with occasional overlap with IST.

What you’ll do

Manage and maintain accurate operational data across internal systems
Execute resource and cost allocation activities reconciling project information
Coordinate between Client Partners, Offshore Staffing Teams, and FinOps
Support project setup, financial validation, and resource tracking
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
Ensure adherence to reporting standards and data quality
Collaborate with onshore and offshore support functions
Maintain governance, confidentiality, and compliance

What you’ll bring

Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Finance, Analytics or related field
2-4 years experience in professional services or consulting
Willingness to work predominantly Eastern Time hours
Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
Proven ability to manage large datasets with high accuracy
Experience leveraging AI tools for automation
Excellent written and verbal communication
Exceptional attention to detail
