About the role

Endpoint Security team at Amgen safeguards the company’s digital assets by managing and enhancing endpoint protection technologies. The Associate Endpoint Security Engineer will integrate security solutions into mobile device management, operate detection and response tools, and support incident triage and remediation. Hyderabad, India, on-site role focusing on enterprise endpoint security operations and documentation.

What you’ll do

Collaborate with engineers to integrate protection technologies into mobile device management
Maintain security capabilities for workstations, servers, and mobile devices
Analyze threats with SOC and develop mitigations
Execute service delivery processes and event triage
Operate scripts for endpoint solution maintenance and reporting
Maintain enterprise documentation and run books
Provide first-point support for endpoint security detections
Coordinate investigations with the Security Operations Center

What you’ll bring

2-6 years of Information Security or IT experience
Bachelor's degree

Nice to have

Experience with MDM systems (Intune, Workspace One, JAMF)
Knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems
Familiarity with DISA STIGs and CIS Benchmarks
Understanding of endpoint detection and response tools
Experience with ITIL processes
Ability to interpret IOCs
Proficiency in scripting for endpoint maintenance
Strong written and spoken communication
