The Senior Associate designs end‑to‑end ML pipelines, builds scalable model inference APIs, and optimizes large language model training on GPU clusters. Works on‑site in Bengaluru, collaborating with client teams and senior consultants to deliver AI‑driven solutions.

What you’ll do

• Design and implement ML pipelines for experiment and model management
• Develop APIs for large‑scale model inferencing
• Optimize LLM training and fine‑tuning for latency and accuracy
• Implement DevOps and LLMOps practices using Kubernetes and Docker
• Orchestrate LLM serving frameworks such as Flowise and Langflow
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to translate business problems into AI solutions
• Mentor junior team members on AI best practices
