About the role

Global Treasury practice at RSM offers Treasury Technology services to modernize CFO offices. The Senior Associate leads Treasury Technology implementation projects, advises clients on TMS modules, and ensures bank connectivity and process optimization. Gurugram, India, on-site, shift 12PM-9PM IST.

What you’ll do

• Consult with accounting and finance teams to improve business processes
• Lead Treasury Technology implementation projects and troubleshoot during cycles
• Train and advise clients on TMS modules to fit needs
• Establish and enhance bank connectivity pipelines
• Train and mentor staff/project teams
• Perform process analysis, documentation, and project management

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting or related field
• Minimum 5 years treasury consulting experience

Nice to have

• 3+ years implementing Kyriba
• Experience with TMS such as Kyriba, FIS, Trovata, GTreasury, SAP Treasury or ReVal
• Knowledge of API and SFTP configuration
• Certification in Kyriba modules preferred
• Experience supporting bank connectivity setup
• Consulting or professional services background
