What you’ll do
- Lead test architecture and quality strategy for ACM desktop, web, mobile.
- Own enterprise V&V architecture aligned with system design and regulatory needs.
- Architect scalable automation frameworks (data‑driven, API‑level, model‑based, CI/CD‑integrated).
- Define testability architecture (Instrumentation, hooks, simulators, diagnostics).
- Serve as V&V authority for architecture, risk, compliance, system‑level validation.
- Set risk‑based validation strategies across functional, integration, performance, cybersecurity, reliability, interoperability.
- Ensure end‑to‑end architectural alignment with development, systems, cybersecurity, product teams.
- Represent V&V in executive, technical, regulatory reviews.
- Define test lab architecture, including environments, virtualization, distributed execution.
- Mentor senior engineers on architecture, frameworks, testing best practices.
What you’ll bring
- 18+ years V&V, test architecture, enterprise validation.
- Proven test architect for end‑to‑end releases.
- Expertise in automation patterns, distributed frameworks, API testing.
- Deep IEC 62304, ISO 14971, ISO 13485 knowledge.
- Hands‑on Selenium, Appium, Playwright, Test Complete.
- Proficient in C#, Java, Python, or C++.
- System‑level validation (performance, reliability, scalability, cybersecurity, interoperability).
- CI/CD automation integration.
- Scalable lab infrastructure design (simulators, device farms).
- Strong communication, influence for technical/regulatory audiences.
- Leadership across global multidisciplinary teams.
