About the role
Product Manager – Tech & UX for Vouchagram’s Travel & Expense platform. Own end‑to‑end API integrations with banks, HRMS, ERP, travel partners, GST systems, and Gyftr T&E services. Drive UI/UX improvements across mobile, web, and WhatsApp, reducing clicks and time for corporate users. Write clear API requirement docs, test cases, and success/failure scenarios; manage webhooks, SSO (SAML/OAuth), data sync, and automated workflows. Convert business needs into PRDs and user stories, prioritize features, and lead sprints while tracking adoption, time‑to‑complete, and drop‑off KPIs. Run A/B tests, monitor logs, errors, and user behavior, building dashboards for product health. Collaborate with sales, growth, partners, and support to ensure smooth integrations and clear feature communication. Deliver a fast, stable, and user‑friendly T&E experience for travelers, approvers, finance heads, and admins.
What you’ll do

- Improve user flows on mobile, web, WhatsApp; reduce clicks, time
- Build clean UI with designers; fewer clicks, faster actions
- Conduct user testing; spot friction, fix issues
- Convert business needs into PRDs, user stories; prioritize features
- Plan and own sprints; track KPIs: adoption, time-to-complete, drop-offs
- Run A/B tests; monitor logs, errors, user behavior; build dashboards
- Coordinate with partners, banks, HRMS, travel suppliers for integrations
- Explain features to customer success and support
