Kognitiv India Private Limited’s Workday Senior/Principal Consultant-Benefits team drives global Workday HCM implementations, delivering post‑production support and best‑practice consulting. The role designs, configures, tests, and deploys Workday solutions, leads client workshops, mentors junior consultants, and ensures high client satisfaction across multiple concurrent projects. Remote‑India work model with minimal travel (<5% of time).
