About the role

CBS MGT Corporate Responsibility team at EY focuses on enabling efficient operations across finance, IT, HR, and other enterprise services. The Associate will provide student counseling, data management, and stakeholder engagement to support EY's CSR initiatives and educational programs. Mumbai office, on-site role, with opportunities for mentorship and professional growth.

What you’ll do

• Guide students on academic performance and career pathways
• Manage and report student data using dashboards and MIS tools
• Engage stakeholders including educational institutions and NGOs
• Analyze data for accuracy and support CSR project outcomes

What you’ll bring

• Graduate (any discipline, preferred Social Work)
• 2-5 years experience in student counseling or education programs
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Google Docs
• Knowledge of higher education and competitive exam landscape
