About the role

The Head of Talent Acquisition – APAC & Global Client Delivery leads talent acquisition strategy and end-to-end recruitment delivery across the APAC region and three Global Client Delivery locations (India, Philippines, Mauritius) for a leading Investor Services group serving top private equity firms worldwide. Day-to-day, the role develops and executes hiring strategies, leads and coaches a TA team, partners with senior leaders and HR on workforce planning, provides market intelligence, builds diverse pipelines, drives recruitment innovation and process optimisation, and manages external recruitment partners while ensuring compliance. The position is based in Hyderabad, India (or Manila, Philippines) and operates under a hybrid work model.

What you’ll do

  • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies across APAC and Global Client Delivery locations to support business growth and workforce plans
  • Lead, coach and develop a high-performing Talent Acquisition team, driving capability, engagement and performance
  • Partner with senior business leaders and HR teams to deliver strategic workforce planning and hiring solutions
  • Own end-to-end recruitment delivery, ensuring high-quality, timely and cost-effective hiring outcomes
  • Provide market intelligence and talent insights to inform workforce decisions, hiring strategies and organisational planning
  • Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking and employer branding initiatives
  • Drive continuous improvement through recruitment innovation, process optimisation and the effective use of technology and analytics
  • Manage recruitment partners and external talent suppliers to maximise quality, performance and value

What you’ll bring

  • Significant talent acquisition leadership experience within complex, multinational organisations operating across multiple geographies
  • Experience leading recruitment teams across multiple countries with accountability for diverse hiring portfolios
  • Demonstrated success partnering with senior executives and business leaders to develop workforce plans and deliver strategic hiring outcomes
  • Experience driving recruitment transformation, process improvement, and Target Operating Model (TOM) initiatives to improve efficiency, scalability, and candidate experience
  • Strong track record of using recruitment data, analytics, and market intelligence to inform decision-making and improve hiring outcomes
  • Experience working in fast-paced, matrixed environments with competing priorities and complex stakeholder groups
  • Ability to influence, challenge, and advise senior stakeholders on talent acquisition strategy, workforce planning, and market trends
