Finance Executive

About the role
Finance Executive role managing AR, revenue accounting per US GAAP, invoicing, credit limits, aging analysis, process improvements, bank reconciliations, month-end, cross-functional collaboration, SOPs, audit support, automation, and ad-hoc accounting.
What you’ll do
- Manage AR, revenue accounting per US GAAP
- Prepare sales invoices, follow up payments
- Monitor credit limits, apply credit insurance
- Run weekly aging analysis
- Identify process improvements, partner cross-functional
- Ensure bank reconciliations, month-end processing
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations on new processes
- Maintain SOPs, accounting policies, documentation
- Support audit, ensure compliance with Dentsu policies
- Drive automation for efficiency
- Participate in projects, team rotation, ad-hoc accounting
What you’ll bring
- B. Com / MBA in finance/accounting
- 0-5 years finance/accounting experience in agency/client-side
- Strong technical accounting and conceptual understanding
- Proficient Excel with Pivot, lookups
- Excellent written & verbal English
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills
- Strong organizational & project management skills
- Positive attitude, detail oriented
- Willingness to work across time zones
