N3 Junior Engineer Signalling, Kochi

About the role

SYSTRA Kochi Metro Project seeks a Junior Engineer (Signalling) to review tender documents, interface CBTC signalling with telecom, rolling stock, civil and traction power, verify contractor designs, and assist in testing, commissioning and O&M manual preparation. The role supports the Phase‑II corridor from JLN Stadium to Infopark via Kakkanad, ensuring seamless integration of signalling systems in a culturally diverse environment. On‑site work in Kochi, India, with a fixed‑term contract.

What you’ll do

• Review tender documents and technical specifications for CBTC signalling
• Interface with telecommunications, rolling stock, civil, and traction power subsystems
• Verify contractor designs and prepare payment requests
• Assist in testing, commissioning and O&M manual preparation

What you’ll bring

2 years experience in signalling for metro/railways

Nice to have

Graduate/Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Computer/Communication Engineering from a recognized institution
