About the role

Global Field Operations at Uber drives the Global Digital Experience and Platform Integrity programs, improving digital support workflows, automation, and quality at scale. The Director leads globally distributed teams to design, evaluate, and optimize support tools and processes, using customer insights and data to enhance efficiency and consistency. Based in Hyderabad, this role operates in a hybrid model, balancing remote work with regular on‑site collaboration.

What you’ll do

• Lead global GDX and Platform Integrity workflows to ensure high‑quality support experiences
• Develop and mentor distributed teams, driving performance and continuous improvement
• Analyze customer and frontline insights to identify pain points and implement workflow enhancements
• Partner with product and engineering to design automation and AI‑enabled tools
• Establish and track key performance metrics such as resolution time, cost, and satisfaction

What you’ll bring

• 15+ years operations, customer support, or program management experience
• Proven leadership of large, complex, distributed teams
• Strong data‑driven decision making and performance metrics expertise
• Cross‑functional collaboration with product, engineering, and digital teams
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
