About the role
Caterpillar Digital's Content Supply Chain team builds and operates enterprise content platforms that power global digital experiences. The Lead Software Engineer designs and delivers scalable AEM, Workfront, and PIM solutions, defines architecture, and drives CI/CD practices while mentoring engineers. Bangalore and Chennai, hybrid onsite model, relocation assistance available.
What you’ll do
- Lead design and development of enterprise content platforms
- Define technical architecture and integration strategies
- Build scalable content pipelines and workflows
- Drive CI/CD practices and enforce engineering quality
- Collaborate with product owners, analysts, QA, and architects
- Mentor engineers and support onboarding of new teams
What you’ll bring
- 10+ years software development experience
- Expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (Sites/Assets)
- Proficient in Java, REST APIs, microservices
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Experience with CI/CD tools like Maven, Azure DevOps
- Delivered enterprise-scale digital platforms
