About the role

Ares Operations India Private Limited’s Investor Relations team builds and maintains financial models to forecast capital planning and support fund-level insights. The Senior Associate drives AI solution implementation, enhances data dashboards, and manages third‑party banking relationships while mentoring junior analysts. Based in Mumbai, the role is on‑site with a focus on cross‑regional collaboration.

What you’ll do

• Build and maintain financial models for forecasting and scenario analysis
• Manage relationships with internal US and Mumbai teams and external providers
• Assist in AI solution identification and implementation
• Enhance data reporting and build analytics dashboards
• Contribute to Investor Operations 360 platform development
• Coordinate with banking/lender relationships and auditors
• Manage debt facilities and compliance reporting
• Train and mentor junior team members

What you’ll bring

• 6-9 years relevant experience
• Public accounting or investment management background
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint, Word skills
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau or Anaplan
• Knowledge of U.S. GAAP
• Analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent communication
• Leadership and project management
