Mechanical Shift In-Charge CPP/WHR

About the role

The Mechanical Shift in charge for CPP/WHR leads mechanical maintenance operations within the Cement and Power plant utility, WS, and Cement Mill areas. This role focuses on increasing equipment reliability, reducing stoppages, and ensuring compliance with LEAP-O practices while managing teams and vendors. The position is based in Bhurai In, RJ, IN.

What you’ll do

• Increase reliability of power plant equipment including pumps and compressors
• Reduce number of stoppages and repetitive incidents (NSFI)
• Increase Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) and ensure no rework
• Ensure compliance with LEAP-O Practices (AM, PM, FI, E&T)
• Resolve equipment problems from Production department and Inspection Cell
• Provide feedback to Planning Section for spare parts planning during outages
• Impart safety training to company workmen and contractor laborers
• Obtain necessary permits and materials/consumables for job execution

What you’ll bring

• B.Tech Mechanical or Equivalent or Diploma
• Minimum 12 years’ experience in Mechanical maintenance
• Experience specifically in Cement and Power plants
