About the role

Assistant Manager PAS oversees refractory installation at project sites, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule compliance while coordinating materials and reporting progress.

What you’ll do

Oversee refractory installation at project sites.
Ensure safety, quality, and timeline adherence.
Coordinate material management and compliance.
Prepare daily progress reports and material reconciliation.
Inspect refractory lining and produce inspection reports.
Maintain site machinery and coordinate repairs.

What you’ll bring

5–10 years in refractory, mechanical or structural erection.
Field application and site-based work required.
Experience with refractory in cement, power plant or petrochem.
API certification advantageous.

Nice to have

Diploma in Mechanical or Ceramics.
Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical or Ceramics.
