About the role

Regional Operations function at Oliver Agency - APAC focuses on designing and running bespoke in‑house agencies and leveraging AI to boost creativity and efficiency. The Regional Operations Manager/Project Manager will partner with the Head of Operations to shape strategy, implement processes, and support hub and on‑site teams across India. Remote work from Bengaluru, India, with occasional stakeholder interactions and travel as needed.

What you’ll do

• Formulate regional business strategy and policies
• Coordinate and implement operational processes and technology solutions
• Roll out global programs tailored to the region
• Train teams on proprietary workflow and analytical tools
• Provide daily operational support to on‑site and hub teams
• Ensure compliance, risk evaluation, and performance reporting
• Maintain positive stakeholder experience through clear communication
• Drive operational service excellence across the region

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years in account/project management or agency operations
• Process‑driven with results focus
• Experience in global, multi‑region environments
• Stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
• Proficiency in Adobe CC and Microsoft Office
• Self‑motivated with minimal supervision
• Collaborative team player
• Strong communication across all business levels
