About the role

AI Solutions Team at Synechron designs and deploys Python‑based AI platforms to modernize business processes. The role leads cross‑functional technology teams, mentors engineers, and drives AI project roadmaps and architecture. Bengaluru, Karnataka, India and Hyderabad, Telangana, India – On-site hybrid model with flexibility across both locations.

What you’ll do

• Lead design, development, and deployment of Python‑based AI solutions
• Mentor engineers on AI best practices and project execution
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define AI project scope and metrics
• Evaluate and recommend new AI tools and technologies
• Develop technology roadmaps and architectural guidelines
• Manage timelines, risks, and vendor relationships
• Ensure compliance with security and governance standards
• Document processes and share knowledge across teams

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years of experience
• Proficiency in Python
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow)
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (GCP)
• Leadership of technology teams
• Agile and project management expertise
• Understanding of software architecture and design patterns
• Familiarity with data engineering concepts
