Associate Consultant - SAP SuccessFactors PM GM

About the role

YASH Technologies is seeking an Associate Consultant - SAP (SuccessFactors)- PM GM to help clients reimagine operating models and drive business transformation. The role involves understanding client requirements, providing recommended solutions for appraisal and succession processes, configuring/designing SuccessFactors based on HR best practices, and leading documentation for release/refresh activities. Based in Pune, MH, IN, this full-time position requires 3-5 years of experience and independent handling of AMS customers for PM/GM/SC/CDP modules.

What you’ll do

• Understand client requirements and provide recommended solutions for their Appraisal and Succession process
• Configure/design SuccessFactors and/or related systems based on HR best practices
• Lead the documentation process for Release / Refresh Activities
• Handle AMS customers independently for PM/GM/SC/CDP modules
• Gather and analyze client business requirements

What you’ll bring

• 3-5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors PMGM
• At least 3 end-to-end implementations of SuccessFactors PMGM / Succession & CDP Modules
• Very familiar with the latest Goal Management Module
• Ability to gather and analyze client business requirements
• Configure/design SuccessFactors and related systems based on HR best practices
• Lead documentation process for Release / Refresh Activities
• Very strong customer handling skills
• Handle AMS customers independently for PM/GM/SC/CDP modules

Nice to have

• SAP Certification is good to have
• Knowledge and experience in TIH
• Experience in End-to-End implementation projects
