About the role

Digital Workplace Solutions team at Unisys designs and delivers end‑user services across enterprises. The Principal Presales Solution Architect gathers client requirements, crafts solution and pricing strategies, and develops detailed proposals and cost‑benefit analyses. Leads solution reviews, presents to stakeholders, and participates in client meetings and contract negotiations. Based in Bangalore, Hyderabad, or Gurugram, India – on‑site work model.

What you’ll do

• Gather and analyse client requirements (RFI/RFP/RFQ) and volumetrics
• Set solution and pricing strategy, develop effort and cost estimates
• Develop client‑facing proposals including architecture and benefits
• Lead solution reviews and obtain stakeholder approvals
• Participate in client meetings, solution presentations, workshops and contract negotiations

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or technology or equivalent
• 8+ years experience in End User Managed Services/Digital Workplace
• 2-3 years presales solution architect experience preferred
• Strong English language skills
• Understanding of competitive landscape and products
• Excellent communication, analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Experience in pre‑sales solution design and proposal development
• Experience developing cost/benefit analysis and risk assessment
