About the role

Senior Analyst/ Lead Workday HRIS Integrations & Reporting role at Vishay Intertechnology focuses on designing, developing, testing, and delivering Workday integrations across global HR systems. The incumbent collaborates with HR stakeholders worldwide to ensure seamless data flow between Workday and external platforms, including payroll systems such as ADP, UKG, and Malam. Responsibilities include providing subject‑matter expertise on HR processes, configuring and testing payroll integrations, and building reports using Workday reporting tools, notably Prism. The role requires deep knowledge of Workday HCM integration, XSLT transformation, XML data handling, and third‑party application integration, with a preference for experience in Workday Studio and Workday Integration or Reporting certification. Candidates must have a minimum of five years in HRIS, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and strong communication and organizational skills to support a global team.

What you’ll do

• Design, develop, test, and deliver Workday integrations
• Provide guidance on HR interpretations and best practices
• Configure and test Workday HCM integrations related to payroll
• Design, troubleshoot, and build reports using Workday reporting tools (including Prism)

What you’ll bring

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred) or Equivalent Work Experience

Nice to have

• Workday Integration or Reporting Certificate (preferred but not mandatory)
• Knowledge of US & Europe Payroll Systems
