About the role

Custom Software Engineering Lead on Accenture's AI Agent Builder platform, driving the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions. Own design and implementation of core AI agent components, ensure scalability, performance, and integration with Azure AI services. Hyderabad, on-site, leading remote teams to deliver high‑impact initiatives.

What you’ll do

• Architect and implement core components of the AI agent builder
• Develop and deploy AI agents for business workflows
• Design reusable modules for agent orchestration, memory, and tool integration
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure consistency and scalability
• Evaluate and integrate Azure AI services and open‑source libraries
• Contribute to technical documentation and internal developer enablement
• Monitor and optimize agent performance and reliability
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation

What you’ll bring

• 12+ years overall software engineering experience
• 5+ years experience in AI/ML systems
• Proficiency in Python
• Experience with Azure ML and LLM‑based agent frameworks
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering and RAG
• Hands‑on CI/CD and containerization expertise
• Cloud‑native development experience
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
