About the role
RZR Global AI team builds advertising solutions that drive mobile revenue growth using privacy‑first AI models. The Solution Engineer bridges Sales, Customers, and Product/Engineering, delivering pre‑sales technical consulting, post‑sales deployment, and ongoing support for the Aarki DSP platform. Bengaluru, India, on-site role.
What you’ll do
- Partner with Sales to provide technical consultation during onboarding
- Translate customer requirements into scalable platform solutions
- Conduct product demos and explain capabilities
- Provide technical account management and troubleshoot campaign, tracking, and data issues
- Guide customers through integrations, SDKs, and reporting pipelines
- Liaise between Sales, Product, and Engineering to resolve deployment issues
- Collect field feedback to improve product features
- Monitor campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities
What you’ll bring
- 4-6 years solutions engineering experience
- AdTech/MarTech platform background
- Programmatic advertising knowledge
- Proficiency in Python, Java or JavaScript
- Strong SQL and PostgreSQL/MySQL skills
- Experience with APIs and system integrations
- Familiarity with data pipelines and ingestion
- Customer‑first communication skills
