Content Marketing Manager on the Bluehost content team, shaping AI‑enhanced editorial strategy to drive organic growth. Leads editorial planning, SEO‑driven content creation, performance analysis, and mentorship of writers. Based in Mumbai, India, on‑site work model.

What you’ll do

• Develop and enforce editorial standards and quality
• Create and manage content calendars aligned with SEO insights
• Produce SEO‑focused content briefs and guide writers
• Conduct content audits and recommend updates or retirements
• Collaborate with SEO, product, design, and growth teams
• Mentor and train content writers, providing feedback and resources
• Analyze traffic, rankings, and engagement to drive improvements
• Maintain brand voice while integrating AI tools responsibly

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years content marketing or SEO strategy experience
• Strong writing, editing, and editorial judgment
• Proficiency with Ahrefs, Semrush, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog
• Experience leading and mentoring content writers (2+ years)
• Ability to translate SEO data into editorial briefs
• Familiarity with AI‑assisted content tools
• Track record of improving organic visibility and conversions
• Understanding of content performance metrics
