About the role

BRAHMA AI team drives next‑generation enterprise media technology through cutting‑edge generative AI. The Senior Principal Generative AI Engineer architects, builds, and deploys agentic AI systems using frameworks like LangGraph, CrewAI, and LangChain, and designs RAG pipelines with vector databases. Works collaboratively with platform, data, and product teams to integrate LLMs and multimodal models into production, mentoring junior engineers and ensuring robust observability. Bengaluru office with flexible work setup, hybrid model expected.

What you’ll do

• Architect and deploy agentic AI systems using LLMs and reasoning frameworks
• Design and implement retrieval‑augmented generation pipelines
• Integrate and fine‑tune foundation models for domain‑specific tasks
• Collaborate with platform, data, and product teams for integration and scaling
• Implement observability and performance tracking for models and agents
• Mentor junior engineers on prompt design and agent architecture
• Optimize inference latency and cost for production models
• Stay current with research and open‑source developments in generative AI

What you’ll bring

• 5-10 years AI/ML engineering experience
• 2+ years generative AI focus
• Proficiency with Python
• Experience with LangGraph, CrewAI, LangChain or similar
• Hands‑on with LLMs, vector search, RAG pipelines
• Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Containerized deployments (Docker/Kubernetes)
• Multimodal content generation (Stable Diffusion, Runway, etc.)
