Senior Specialist, AEM DAM Developer

About the role

Digital Human Health (DHH) Content Creation and Storage engineering builds the DAM foundation on AEM Assets and integrates it with GenAI authoring and downstream channels. The Senior Specialist designs DAM configurations, develops custom workflows, OSGi services, and UI extensions, and builds integrations with Adobe Express, Workfront and other martech platforms. Hyderabad, hybrid work model, relocation available.

What you’ll do

• Design and implement AEM Assets schemas, taxonomy and permissions
• Develop custom workflow components and OSGi services in Java
• Create API integrations using Adobe I/O and REST
• Extend AEM UI with Adobe App Builder and React
• Operate AEMaaCS instances and Cloud Manager pipelines
• Define governance standards with business analysts

What you’ll bring

• 7+ years AEM development
• Java OSGi/Sling backend experience
• AEM workflow and process automation
• REST API design and integration
• Maven-based AEM project structure
• Git version control
• AEM as a Cloud Service and Cloud Manager
• Adobe App Builder and I/O extensibility

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree required
• Master's degree preferred
