Gen AI/AI Architect, Senior Manager

About the role

Technology Advisory team in Accenture's Tech Strategy & Transformation practice builds enterprise-wide Gen AI solutions and agentic AI architectures. The Senior Manager leads design of multi‑agent orchestration, data supply chains, and responsible AI frameworks while engaging C‑level stakeholders and guiding transformation roadmaps. Based in Bangalore, Gurgaon, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Kolkata, or Chennai with an on‑site work model, the role also mentors teams and develops practice assets.

What you’ll do

• Design enterprise‑wide Gen AI and agentic AI architectures
• Define reference architectures for tool‑use, memory, and governance
• Assess client readiness and develop transformation roadmaps
• Build MVPs and prototypes to validate AI concepts
• Guide LLM selection, fine‑tuning, and vector database strategies
• Conduct workshops and discovery sessions with stakeholders
• Create business cases and value realization frameworks
• Mentor team members and codify best‑practice assets

What you’ll bring

• 14-20 years overall experience
• 4+ years designing enterprise AI/Gen AI solutions
• Deep expertise in agentic AI architecture and multi‑agent orchestration
• Experience with cloud AI platforms (Vertex AI, Azure AI, Bedrock, Claude)
• Knowledge of semantic layers, ontologies, knowledge graphs
• Enterprise Architecture background (TOGAF or equivalent)
• Proficiency with LLM/SLM selection, RAG, vector databases
• Hands‑on MVP development using coding tools (Lovable, Claude Code, Cursor, Replit)

Nice to have

• Strong C‑level communication and consulting skills
• Ability to create architecture blueprints and strategy decks
• Experience codifying frameworks into reusable assets
• Mentoring and practice‑building capabilities
• Managing engagement budgets and financial proposals
