About the role
Clinical Study Delivery team at Amgen supports global clinical study execution. The Senior Associate leads study planning, coordination, and execution tasks, managing trackers, dashboards, vendor set‑up, and risk monitoring while ensuring compliance and data quality. Works onsite in Hyderabad, collaborating with study managers, vendors, and site investigators to drive enrollment and trial readiness.
What you’ll do
- Lead development and maintenance of study trackers, dashboards, and timelines
- Coordinate logistics for investigator meetings and trial events
- Manage start‑up activities including system setup and document readiness
- Monitor global enrollment, data flow, and quality indicators using dashboards
- Lead risk and quality management activities and escalation
- Oversee vendor and supplier set‑up and ensure consistent deliverables
- Maintain clinical trial systems (CTMS, eTMF) and support data entry and reporting
- Contribute to process improvement and knowledge sharing within the study support community
What you’ll bring
- Master’s degree or Bachelor’s with 2 years clinical execution experience
- Associate’s degree with 6 years clinical execution experience
- High school diploma/GED with 8 years clinical execution experience
Nice to have
- 3 years life sciences experience including 1 year biopharmaceutical clinical research
- Experience working on global clinical trials
