What you’ll do
- Gather and analyze client business requirements
- Create functional specifications and user stories for Eagle Platform
- Coordinate with technical teams to deliver upgrades and enhancements
- Review client processes and recommend optimizations
- Provide guidance on data models and application architecture
- Support stakeholder communication and project governance
What you’ll bring
- 4-9 years experience in wealth or asset management
- MBA/CA/CFA/MCA/BE/B.Tech or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of fixed income, equity, derivatives across front, middle and back office
- Leadership and client‑facing skills
- Techno‑functional expertise with Eagle Platform (Pace and STAR)
- Experience managing Eagle upgrades
- Proficient in SQL, Oracle, MS SQL, DB2
- Advanced Excel and VBA
