About the role

Workplace Operations team at Accenture oversees integrated facility management across sites, ensuring service quality, compliance, and employee experience. The Associate Manager leads vendor performance, engineering services, statutory compliance, real estate coordination, and crisis response while driving sustainability and team development. Pune, on-site, relocation assistance available.

What you’ll do

• Plan and oversee day-to-day workplace operations
• Conduct service reviews and ensure vendor compliance
• Manage operating and capital budgets
• Govern vendor performance using SLAs and KPIs
• Lead sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives
• Ensure statutory compliance and audit readiness
• Engage with real estate landlords and manage lease obligations
• Coordinate crisis response and business continuity planning

What you’ll bring

• 10+ years facility management experience
• 2-5 years corporate IFM experience
• Leadership of multi-disciplinary teams
• Vendor management and SLA governance
• Budget management (OPEX/CAPEX)
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Power BI
• Effective communication in English, Hindi, Marathi
• PMP certification preferred
