About the role
BIM/VDC MEP team at WeWork India builds and maintains digital construction models for flexible workspace projects. The Associate supports day-to-day BIM execution through Revit modeling, quality checks, clash detection, and quantity take‑offs while collaborating with internal teams to resolve BIM issues. Bengaluru office, on-site work model, with opportunities to learn automation tools like Dynamo.
What you’ll do
- Assist in Revit modeling and project setup in BIM360/ACC
- Perform model quality checks and support BIM standards
- Support clash detection workflows and documentation
- Create and modify Revit families and templates
- Conduct quantity take‑offs and data extraction
- Troubleshoot Revit model issues
- Collaborate with internal teams on BIM challenges
What you’ll bring
- BTech/MTech Mechanical or Electrical
- 0–2 years Revit experience
- Proficient in Autodesk Revit
- Working knowledge of Navisworks
- Familiar with BIM360/ACC
- Strong communication skills
- Tech‑savvy mindset
- Willingness to learn automation
