About the role

Wilhelmsen Ship Management India Pvt. Ltd. is building a dynamic travel start-up within its global maritime network and seeks a Senior Marine Travel Consultant to support seamless crew changes. Day-to-day, you will prepare travel itineraries around crew change schedules and immigration policies, book, price, and ticket crew tickets, create and manage PNRs in Amadeus GDS, handle non-GDS and ancillary products, and comply with strict data privacy and confidentiality policies. The role reports to the Head - Operations & Client Management and is based in Mumbai, India.

What you’ll do

Prepare travel itineraries according to crew change schedules and immigration policies
Create, change, refund, and issue PNRs in GDS
Manage non-GDS and other ancillary products where needed
Comply with strict data privacy, protection, and confidentiality policies
Deliver travel booking and ticketing services to support seamless crew changes
Book, price, and ticket crew tickets

What you’ll bring

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in managing marine travel
IATA certified
Proficiency in Amadeus GDS
Good proficiency in English, both oral and written
Proficiency in using travel management technologies
Detail oriented
Problem Solving & Decision Making
Willing to work in shifts

Nice to have

Experience handling Filipino and Indian crew is an advantage along with European crew
Good knowledge on European sectors along with other markets like Asia & Americas
Experience using COMPAS or similar crew management tools is an advantage
