Account Protection Triage Process Analyst

About the role

Bread Financial seeks an Account Protection Triage Process Analyst in Bangalore to serve as the initial contact for fraud reporting. The role involves investigating suspicious activity, processing applications via SNAP and VCARS systems, and managing caseloads to protect revenue. This is a hybrid position requiring strong analytical and communication skills.

What you’ll do

• Field investigative calls to mitigate fraud loss and identify fraudulent activity
• Process pending credit applications using the SNAP system
• Intake new fraud claims within the VCARS system
• Operate software including Experian KIQ, Falcon, Accurint, and Microsoft Office
• Maintain understanding of evolving fraud trends and policies
• Oversee assigned fraud cases to minimize financial loss through investigation
• Manage caseload using Bread Financial's POW Case Management system
• Request chargebacks in accordance with Bank Operating Procedures

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in Account Protection or Fraud
• Pass English Assessment
