About the role
Legal & Information Security team at Hyland protects enterprise systems and data through advanced cyber security solutions. The Senior Cyber Security Engineer designs, implements and maintains secure network architectures, deploys security tools such as IDS/IPS, SIEM and DLP, and leads incident response and forensic analysis. Remote work from India, full-time, with autonomy to influence security strategy and mentor team members.
What you’ll do
- Design and maintain secure network and system architectures
- Deploy, configure and manage security technologies including IDS/IPS, SIEM, DLP, CSPM
- Conduct security assessments, audits and vulnerability analyses
- Lead incident response, forensic investigations and remediation
- Develop security policies, standards and best practices
- Mentor and coach security team members
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 5+ years cyber security experience
- Strong network security knowledge
- Proficiency with firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, IAM
- Experience with security automation and scripting
