About the role

PB Business Finance team at Deutsche Bank drives financial controls, revenue forecasting and new initiative support for Private Banking globally. The Lead oversees ledger close, revenue flash, and a 15‑member finance team while partnering with regional finance, product and technology groups. Mumbai, India, on-site, Full-time role with relocation assistance available.

What you’ll do

• Manage revenue flash estimation using system data and business inputs
• Ensure timely ledger close and financial controls across global PB businesses
• Coordinate with regional finance, operations, risk and accounting teams
• Support new business initiatives with product, technology and CFO partners
• Lead and develop a 15‑member finance team, fostering innovation and automation

What you’ll bring

• CA or MBA in Finance
• 10+ years in banking finance
• Global financial services knowledge
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Initiative and navigation of global institutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with DB systems or ability to learn
• Advanced MS Excel proficiency
