About the role

GLG seeks an Associate in Gurugram to manage high-volume expert content programs, identifying and screening network members for AI-moderated interviews. The role involves coordinating outreach, reviewing transcripts, and ensuring compliance while maintaining process discipline across multiple concurrent deadlines. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram.

What you’ll do

Identify and screen GLG Network Members matching specific research criteria
Manage outreach, responses, and participation to complete programs on schedule
Coordinate AI-moderated interviews and track workflow progress
Review completed interviews for quality, consistency, and material gaps
Coordinate compliance and editorial reviews before publishing content
Classify and tag published content for client discoverability
Identify workflow problems and recommend process improvements
Maintain accurate status records and flag delivery risks

What you’ll bring

1–4 years experience in research operations, market research, or consulting support
Strong process discipline with ability to manage concurrent programs
Basic business and financial literacy
Clear written and spoken English
Comfort with high-volume outreach and screening

Nice to have

Exposure to expert interviews, survey operations, or equity/credit research
Ability to learn unfamiliar industries quickly
Relevant degree in business, finance, economics, or applicable field
