Global Delivery Services at EY enables seamless, high‑quality support for clients worldwide. As an Oracle EBS Technical Manager you will lead technical solution design, integration and delivery for Oracle ERP implementations, mentor a team of consultants, and drive practice profitability. Noida, India, on‑site role with potential for occasional remote work.

What you’ll do

• Design and develop RICE components in Oracle EBS
• Lead functional and technical solution delivery for ERP projects
• Manage practice metrics, profit & loss, and resource staffing
• Coordinate multi‑disciplinary on‑site and off‑shore teams
• Drive client engagements, requirement gathering, and fit‑gap analysis
• Oversee data migration and integration with third‑party applications
• Mentor and develop senior staff and consultants
• Ensure quality consulting delivery and client satisfaction

What you’ll bring

• 8+ years Oracle EBS experience
• 5+ years consulting experience
• 2+ years project management leadership
• Strong SQL and PL/SQL skills
• Proficient in Oracle Forms, Reports, Workflow
• Experience with webservices/REST integrations
• Ability to produce design and deployment documentation
• Oracle certification preferred
