About the role

Oaktree Treasury team leads global treasury transformation, overseeing liquidity, operations, and risk. The Vice President, Regional Head of Treasury Operations drives daily oversight of payments, cash forecasting, risk monitoring, and process automation while partnering with finance, investment, and banking stakeholders. Hyderabad, on-site, relocation available.

What you’ll do

• Oversee regional treasury operations, payments, and account management
• Drive liquidity forecasting, cash positioning, and excess cash management
• Monitor and report FX, interest rate, and counterparty risks
• Lead risk frameworks, governance, and escalation processes
• Develop dashboards and metrics for operational transparency
• Partner with finance, fund, and investment teams on cash reporting
• Implement technology-enabled automation and process improvements
• Build and mature Hyderabad as a treasury center of excellence

What you’ll bring

• 12+ years treasury experience
• Experience managing global banking relationships
• Experience in investment/alternative asset management
• Proficiency with TMS, OMS, Geneva, Workday
• Proven process improvement leadership

Nice to have

• Advanced degree preferred
• Treasury certifications preferred
