About the role

WM Logistics India Private Ltd’s Process Analytics team in Indore focuses on streamlining audit, accounts, and finance workflows. The Junior Analyst learns and executes basic process tasks, follows SOPs, and resolves invoice and quality control issues. The role is on-site in Indore, India, with a full‑time schedule and no relocation requirement.

What you’ll do

• Perform basic process tasks and activities
• Follow SOPs and training schedules
• Maintain professional relations with internal customers
• Resolve invoice and quality control issues
• Meet productivity requirements
• Assist with additional duties as assigned

What you’ll bring

• B.Com or M.Com degree
• 6 months relevant experience in Audit, Accounts & Finance
• Excellent communication and analytical skills

Nice to have

• Basic understanding of business fundamentals
• Familiarity with standard operating procedures
• Ability to follow training schedules
