What you’ll do

Design and maintain test plans and cases
Execute functional, regression, integration, performance tests
Analyze logs, network traffic, SIP traces
Collaborate with engineering to troubleshoot defects
Participate in Agile ceremonies
Improve QA processes and automation
Mentor junior QA engineers
Report testing progress and quality metrics
