About the role

Lead Data Product Management Consultant at Wells Fargo’s International Solutions team. Drives cross‑functional data product initiatives, shaping roadmaps, governance, and architecture to enable enterprise analytics. Works onsite in Bengaluru, collaborating with data engineering, product, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable data solutions.

What you’ll do

• Lead end‑to‑end analytics projects from requirement gathering to delivery
• Design and implement scalable data models, pipelines, and governance frameworks
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for advanced analytics and predictive modeling
• Provide thought leadership on data strategy, architecture, and emerging technologies
• Mentor and guide junior consultants and analysts

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years data product or data management experience
• Proven expertise in SQL, Python/R, and advanced analytics tools
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and big data technologies
• Strong proficiency in data pipeline design and optimization
• Excellent problem‑solving and stakeholder communication skills
