About the role
Cialfo, a fast‑growing EdTech platform, seeks a Senior Product Designer to lead UX across its mobile and web products. The role involves collaborating with product managers and engineers, shaping design systems, conducting user research, and mentoring junior designers. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree, 5+ years of product design experience, strong skills in Figma, Sketch, prototyping tools, and a solid understanding of usability and HCI principles.
What you’ll do
- Design end‑to‑end product experiences
- Collaborate with PMs and engineers on releases
- Maintain and evolve design system and guidelines
- Conduct user research and usability testing
- Coach and mentor junior UX designers
