About the role
Stranger Soccer is expanding to Bangalore and seeking a License Owner to launch and grow the local operation. Day-to-day, you will recruit and manage a small team, secure football venues, drive local and digital marketing, and oversee game operations to deliver a great player experience, working closely with HQ. This is an on-site, entrepreneurial role based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, focused on building the business locally rather than a salaried management position.
What you’ll do
- Launch and grow the Stranger Soccer brand in Bangalore
- Recruit, train, and manage a small local team (2–3 people), supported by Official Hosts
- Secure suitable football venues and regular playing opportunities
- Drive marketing and customer growth through digital and local initiatives
- Oversee game operations while delivering an outstanding player experience
- Work closely with Stranger Soccer HQ, supported by established operations and technology teams
