Education Architect II

About the role

The Education Architect II role at o9 supports the company's AI-first enterprise planning platform by designing and delivering technical training. Day-to-day, you will conduct instructor-led workshops for internal hires and partner consultants, develop and update training frameworks and course materials, assess workshop requirements with senior architects, maintain knowledge repositories, support training infrastructure, and provide feedback on learners' technical and functional skills. The position is based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

What you’ll do

• Conduct instructor-led workshops for internal hires and partner consultants
• Assist in developing the training framework for the o9 Platform and associated products
• Assist Senior Architects in assessing workshop training requirements and drafting targeted agendas
• Contribute to enhancing knowledge repositories based on learnings
• Work with Learning Architects and Instructional designers to rebuild course materials, update existing courses/programs, and answer learner queries
• Support infrastructure management to ensure smooth functioning of training workshops
• Capture and provide feedback on candidates' technical and functional skills/learning to respective reporting managers
• Monitor workshop feedback on a quarterly basis

What you’ll bring

• Technical understanding of one or more technologies such as JAVA, R, Python, C#, C++, SQL, ML techniques, Cloud, or Big Data
• Basic understanding of the Business Planning domain across different industries
• Knowledge of spreadsheets, document processing, and presentation tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Structured, organized working style with ability to work in a team
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Passion for teaching and sharing knowledge with attendees
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Operations, or a related field

Nice to have

• Knowledge and training in databases (SQL Server, MySQL), Data Analytics, or similar
• 2-5 years of technical training, academic teaching, or software development/implementation experience
